雀莉家生鮮宅配的前身是一家義大利餐廳,對南歐一帶的地中海飲食有著一定的癡迷,其中橄欖油是地中海飲食的靈魂,我們有些長輩與孩子,因口腔或消化道黏膜敏感,與帶點辣度的橄欖油保持了距離,為了讓Omega-9營養概念的橄欖油能普遍於亞洲的餐桌,雀莉家團隊決定從品種著手,橄欖果品種阿爾貝吉納(Arbequina),阿爾貝吉納盛產於西班牙,濃厚果香與柔和口感為其特色,尋找阿爾貝吉納的路上,我們遇見了Cuadrat Valley。

由於出身義式餐廳,我們對國際橄欖油品質的混亂感到憂心,於是我們列出了幾個標準:1)單一莊園 2)單一品種阿爾貝吉納(Arbequina) 3)自有磨坊 4)原料到生產的PDO產地認證,終於,2025年我們在巴塞隆納的一次會議上遇見了Cuadrat Valley,創立於2014年的Cuadrat Valley還是很年輕的莊園品牌,自有橄欖園約64公頃,小型規模,大約2.4個大安森林公園,這四個標準,Cuadrat Valley都達到了,從採收到磨坊榨油僅需20分鐘,Cuadrat Valley告訴我: 我們是認真的。
2025年9月雀莉家團隊親自拜訪Cuadrat Valley,看見美麗的橄欖果莊園,以及地窖式磨坊製程,類似紅酒釀造與儲存環境,當我在美麗的品油室做感官測試時,那溫柔的對待了一切,總部建築物的設計就採「地形建築(Landform Architecture),與地形融合,將地貌本身作為建築的結構與外殼。地底下是地窖式的製油磨坊與倉儲空間,阿爾貝吉納橄欖油的柔和感,不僅來自果實,還有Cuadrat Valley的DNA,與自然融合,包容更多人的差異,讓柔和感的橄欖油可以成為日常。
在拜訪後,Cuadrat Valley在10月傳來好消息,Flos OLEI世界橄欖油指南評選為2026年世界20 Best莊園,我們很開心,Cuadrat Valley的努力被看見了,即使還是這麼年輕的品牌。

M’S CHERRY Fresh Delivery began as an Italian restaurant, born from a deep fascination with Mediterranean cuisine — where olive oil is truly the soul of the diet. Some of our elders and children have sensitive oral or digestive mucosa, and the slight pungency of many olive oils has kept them away. To make the Omega-9 nutritional benefits of olive oil more accessible on Asian dining tables, our team decided to start from the very beginning — the olive variety itself.
The Arbequina olive, native to Spain, is known for its rich fruitiness and gentle, mild taste. On our search for the finest Arbequina, we discovered Cuadrat Valley.
Having come from an Italian culinary background, we’ve always been concerned about the inconsistency of international olive oil quality. Therefore, we set four key criteria:

In 2025, at a conference in Barcelona, we finally met Cuadrat Valley. Founded in 2014, it’s still a young estate brand, with about 64 hectares of olive groves — roughly 2.4 times the size of Taipei’s Daan Forest Park. Cuadrat Valley met all our standards. From harvest to milling, the entire process takes only 20 minutes. Cuadrat Valley told us, “We are serious about what we do.”
When our team visited Cuadrat Valley in September 2025, we saw the beautiful olive groves and the cellar-style milling facility — reminiscent of a winery’s production and storage space. During the sensory tasting in their elegant tasting room, everything was treated with great care. The main building itself embodies landform architecture — blending with the terrain so that the landscape becomes both structure and shell. Beneath the ground lies the cellar-like mill and storage area. The softness of their Arbequina olive oil comes not only from the fruit, but also from Cuadrat Valley’s DNA — a philosophy that harmonizes with nature and embraces diversity, creating an oil so gentle it can become part of everyone’s daily life.
After our visit, Cuadrat Valley brought us wonderful news in October: it had been selected as one of the “20 Best Olive Oil Estates in the World” by the Flos OLEI World Olive Oil Guide 2026. We were thrilled — their dedication had been recognized, even as such a young brand.

As I prepared to leave the estate, I told the Cuadrat Valley team, “Simplicity is never easy.”
They have reduced every factor that could affect quality and crafted olive oil with the care of fine winemaking — a “simple but not easy” creation.
This is more than olive oil. It’s gentle in flavor and filled with the heartfelt intention to care for your family.
We’ve finally brought her home to Taiwan.
